Transportation

Planes, trains, and automobiles conspire against me.

Planes dipped, dropped, and terrified.
Trains hit cows, people, and cars.
Automobiles crashed into, tossed around, and left lumpy heads.

The bus must be their ringleader.

  1. Always blame the bus, great lumbering fool things.

  2. Like! It's poetic, ironic and fun at the same time, but frustrating, scary and true.

    1. If you were ever really under a bus, you would not use that expression, Libby.

Unfortunately, my one woman campaign to eradicate the expression is not even making a dent.

  7. If the people would stay off the tracks they wouldn't get hit so don't blame the trains. :) Good writing.
